Chocolate Yummies


3 C. crisp rice cereal
7 whole pieces honey graham crackers
2-1/2 C. mini marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 C. light corn syrup
3 T. margarine
1/2 C. crunchy peanut butter

Coat 13x9x2" microwave-safe dish with vegetable cooking spray. Place 6 whole pieces graham crackers in a single layer in bottom. Cut remaining piece to fir in remained of bottom. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers.

Microwave on high 1 minute, or until marshmallows are puffy. remove from microwave & cool completely.

In a 2 quart microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, corn syrup & margarine. Microwave on high about 1-1/2 minutes, or until chocolate can be stirred smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Add crisp rice cereal, mixing till evenly combined; spread evenly over cooled marshmallows. Cover & refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Cut & store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Yield: 36 bars.
