Berried Delight

1-1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
¼ C. sugar
1/3 C. margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
¼ C. sugar
2 T. milk
3-1/2 C. (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (4 oz.) packages vanilla instant pudding, prepared using 3-1/2 C. cold milk
2 pints strawberries, hulled & halved

Combine first 3 ingredients; press firmly into the bottom of a 13x9" pan. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes; cool. Beat cream cheese with sugar & milk till smooth; fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange strawberries in a layer over cheese mixture. Pour prepared pudding over strawberries. Chill several hours or overnight. Shortly before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over top & garnish with additional strawberries. Yield: 12 servings.
