CHEESEY CHEESE CHEESE
The flavors blend into something almost heavenly….at least to cheese lovers. Try it. You won’t believe it.


1 LOAF FRENCH BREAD

½ TO ¾ CUP MAYONAISE

3 T.  GREY POUPON DIJON MUSTARD, OR ZATARAN’S

¼ C. GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE, FRESH IF POSSIBLE

½ TO ¾ C. GRATED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE

½ TO ¾ C. GRATED MONTERREY JACK  W/ JALAPENO CHEESE

2 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED, TOPS AND BOTTOMS

CAPERS TO TASTE

 

Slice French bread lengthwise, then cut each length into 5 or 6 inch "chunks". Slightly hollow out the center of bread to make room for the stuffing.

Mix remaining ingredients and fill individual "chunks." Place side by side on baking sheet, or into something so the cheese in the individual servings won’t melt and run out. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes to heat through. Serve at once.
