Fast & Easy Cheesecake

2 boxes Jell-O cheesecake mix
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar

Pour Jell-O cheesecake mix and 3 1/2 cups cold whole milk with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla into large bowl. Beat for 3 minutes until thick. Mix crumb mixture from Jell-O cheesecake mix with 1/2 stick of margarine and press into bottom and halfway up sides of a spring-form pan. Pour cheesecake mixture into pan and top with 8 ounces cream cheese mixed with 3 tablespoons sugar. Chill at least one hour.
