CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 3
1 pkg. Pillsbury dark chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate fudge frosting mix
1 pt. heavy cream
Mix and bake according to directions on package, in 2 (9-inch) round layer pans. After
layers are baked, split each in two, making four layers to frost. Take 2 cups of frosting
mix and add to 1 pint of heavy whipping cream. Stir together and set in refrigerator for 1
hour to chill. Then beat until stiff.
Fill layers. Make a thin icing with remaining frosting mix, adding 1 tablespoon dark Karo
syrup to mixture. Drizzle over top layer and let drizzle down sides.
