Coconut-Orange Mini Crescents
1 c. sweetened coconut
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix 3 tablespoons sugar, orange peel, 3/4 cup
coconut in small bowl. Unroll crescent roll dough. Brush top with melted butter.
Cut along dotted line and then cut each triangle in half, down the middle.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon coconut mixture on each piece, then roll up individually.
Place 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until
golden. Mix yogurt, orange juice and remaining sugar. Drizzle on rolls. Sprinkle
with coconut. Serve warm.
