Cool & Creamy Pumpkin Pie


1-16 oz. can pumpkin..................1-12 oz. carton nondairy whipped topping, thawed

1- 4 serving size box instant vanilla pudding mix

1 t. pumpkin pie spice..................1-6oz. graham cracker pie crust

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, 1/2 carton whipped topping, pudding mix, & spice. Beat at low speed of mixer till well combined. Spread into crust. Top with remaining whipped topping. Quick chill in freezer for 10 minutes, or refrigerate till ready to serve. Dust top with additional spice, if desired.
