Peach-Nut Bread

2 cups Flour                                                        1 cup chopped Walnuts

2- 1/2  teas. Baking Powder                               1 cup diced dried Peaches

1/4 teas. Baking Soda                                         1 Egg

1/2  teas. Salt                                                      1 cup  Orange Juice

1 teas. Cinnamon                                               1 teas. Peach Extract

3/4 cup Sugar                                          

 Combine the dry ingredients, and combine the liquid ingredients.....add wet to dry .....mix until just blended. Pour into 3 small greased & floured  bread pans. and bake at 350 degrees for 35  to 40 min or until bread tests done......
