Easy Lemon Freeze


2 T. butter or margarine............1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 C. graham cracker crumbs.....1/2 C. lemon juice

1 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling...1-1/2 C. whipped topping

Lemon wheels (optional)

Melt butter & stir in cracker crumbs. Reserving 1 T. for garnish, pat crumbs into bottom of 8x8" pan; set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine pie filling, condensed milk, and lemon juice; mix untill smooth. Spread into prepared pan. Top with whipped topping & reserved crumbs. Freeze at least 3 hours.

Garnish with lemon wheels, if desired (lemons cutacross fruit into thin slices)

Yield: 9 servings
