Pumpkin Pudding Dessert


1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

1/3 C. sugar

 ½ C. melted margarine

1 1/3 C. milk

2 (3.9oz each) packages vanilla instant pudding

1 ½ t. pumpkin pie spice

1 (16 oz) can pumpkin

whipped topping

chopped pecans

 

Mix together crackers, sugar, and melted margarine; press into the bottom of a 9x13” pan. Combine milk, pudding mix & spice; fold together with canned pumpkin. Spoon & spread over crust. Spread with whipped topping, sprinkle with pecans & refrigerate until set.
