St. Pat's Day Irish 'Potatoes'


1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 lb. powdered sugar (10x)
pinch of salt
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. or more coconut

Mix ingredients; roll into tiny potato-shaped balls. Place in cinnamon in bag and shake. Chill balls overnight.
