Cinnamon Ornaments

1 C. ground cinnamon

1 t. ground allspice

1 t. ground cloves

1 t. ground nutmeg

1 C. applesauce

Mix all the dry ingredients & add applesauce a little at a time, until dough is the consistency of rolled cookie dough. Roll to 1/4" thick on an ungreased surface. (Use cinnamon in place of flour to keep from sticking) Cut out with a knife or cookie cutters. Be sure to make a hanging hole, if desired, before drying!

Air dry for 4 to 5 days, decorate with thin plaster if you want, colored or not.
