1 teacher, kind, considerate and caring
Enough pupils to make it an average-sized class
8 c. listening
8 c. learning
9 months to learn
concerned parents

Take the school building and place the teacher and pupils in to learn. Add the listening and learning; mix well.
Take the concerned parents and visit the school and confer with the teacher, even when it is not necessary. After 9 months, let the pupils loose and hope they will not forget everything that they learned in the 9 months.
