Peaches & Cream Ice Cream 


3 c. mashed fresh peaches or 3 (1 lb.) cans, drained
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. milk
3 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 drops red food coloring

When using fresh peaches, sweeten to taste. Combine peaches and lemon juice. In a large bowl, combine milk, whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, almonds and salt. Add peaches to mix; stir in food color and chill. Churn freeze. 

If you don't have an ice creamer, this is a good excuse--you gotta try this one.
