Shrimp Pesto Pizza
1/3 C. prepared pesto sauce
1 Italian bread shell (12") (like Boboli)
2 C. (8oz.) Sargento 6 cheese italian recipe blend, divided
8 oz. cooked shrimp
1/2 C. coarsley chopped softened sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 C. minced green onion
1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
Place bread shell on baking sheet; spread evenly with pesto. Sprinkle with half of cheese; top with shrimp & tomatoes. top with remaining cheese; sprinkle with onion & crushed peppers.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. 6 Servings
