"Mom's" Day-After Thanksgiving Soup


2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 thin spaghetti noodles
1 c. turkey pieces
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 can mushroom soup
1 c. sautééd mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped fine

Add all ingredients in large Dutch oven. Stir occasionally. Simmer over low to medium heat about 25 minutes. Serve with warm, fresh bread.
