Tropical Fudge


1/2 C. butter, softened..................1 t. lemon extract

1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk........1 t. orange extract

3 C. sugar.....................................1/2 C. flake coconut

1 (10 oz.) bag vanilla chips............2 t. lemon zest

1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme...2 t. orange zest

1 t. coconut extract

Combine butter, milk & sugar. Cook over low heat till melted & blended. Increase heat & bring to a boil; cook 6-7 minutes, stirring constantly. remove from heat, add chips & marshmallow creme. Stir in well. Add flavorings, coconut, & zests, blend. Spread into a greased 9x13" pan, let cool & set, cut into squares.
