2 slightly poisonous snakes (to kill other items)
1 used gym shoe (for aroma)
1 set of bats teeth (for bite)
the gizzard of a lizard (for rhyme)
4 rusty old watches (for witches to watch)
1 old light bulb (for lightness)
purple warts of a toad (for color)
144 snails (for slow cooking)
24 hind legs of a dead centipede (for the living end)

Add salt, pepper and a dash of onion; plenty of cinnamon. Boil until it screams.
