Chocolate Malt Ice Cream


1-1/3 C. sugar
1 C. unsweetened cocoa
1 C. boiling water
1 C. malt powder
6 C. whole milk

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add malt powder, stir until dissolved. Stir in milk; cover & chill. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
