Candied Nuts
1 large egg white
1 T. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 lb. shelled nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc)
1/3 C. granulated sugar
2 T. brown sugar
1/8 t. salt
3/4 t. cinnamon
Beat egg white until frothy in a large bowl. Stir in the orange juice. Add nuts & mix gently to coat. Gently add in both sugars, the salt & cinnamon. Spread the nuts out onto a greased baking sheet; bake at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from the oven & cool to room temperature. Store in a covered container.
